Our expertise spans across finished pharmaceutical products, active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), nutritional supplements and medical devices. We offer specialized consulting in project management, risk assessment, validation, including computer system validation (CSV) for manufacturing (MES), quality control systems (LIMS, QMS), GMP audits in compliance with EMA and FDA guidelines.
In addition to our consulting services, we develop, manufacture, and trade pharmaceutical products, nutritional supplements, and medical devices in collaboration with our Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) partners in India and the EU. Surabhi Buaria is a highly experienced leader with over 25 years in the pharmaceutical and life sciences consultancy industry. As the Managing Director of Costcon Healthcare GmbH, she brings deep expertise and hands on experience in implementing LIMS, GMP audits and global regulatory consulting. In addition, Surabhi also leads our business development efforts and external partnerships.
